Je suis Charlie - 02
Something special was happening.
France is a land where politics happens on the street but this was something unheard of: a demonstration for the [secular] values of the French Republic and Western democracy.
The last time Paris had seen such a vast and varied crowd on its streets was on the night that France won the World Cup in 1998...
This was a shout of defiance.
“The whole of Paris seems to be here,” said Michel, 46, an estate agent. “I can’t describe the mood. There is a feeling of anger and determination but also relief at being able to express our feelings after three days of shock after shock. People will say it’s just a passing thing but I think something important is happening here today. France will not be the same after today.”
[Indeed, the world will not be the same]
The one book, symbolically depicted above, contains nothing. Thus, the book, by whatever name it happens to be called (and whatever the language in which that name is spoken), contains all of the words (in every language) that all of the gods have ever spoken to all of mankind throughout time.
Liberty is born of this realization. The realization is that of utter nothingness - and, perhaps the emptiness of nothingness.[1]
The one community is SECULAR (denoting attitudes and activities that have no religious or spiritual basis).
The one world contains equals where no rich and famous religious authority can claim to know anything more about god or gods than the illiterate homeless person living alone in a vast wilderness.
The Myth:
The Reality:

Don't become overly concerned. It all ends, at last, in the grave.

Je suis Charlie
By Mark Fiore
After the tragic attack in Paris, freedom of speech seems more precious than ever.
How anyone could become so twisted as to think that killing cartoonists, including an 80-year-old man, is in any way an honor to Muhammad, is beyond me.
While Charlie Hebdo is a publication that is centered around cartoonists, let’s not forget the others killed in this horrific terror attack, from editors to policemen.
Free speech is clearly both a gift and a right, and a terror attack like this is a huge motivation to wield that speech more effectively and powerfully. Clearly, these jihadists don’t know the mind of cartoonists. The subspecies of Cartoonist is such that we are driven to do the exact things we are told not to do.
Tell cartoonists to lay off Muhammad, chances are they’ll draw him more.
Let’s hope that besides encouraging more free speech, this high profile attack will bring more attention to the other journalists killed around the world, including cartoonists who are imprisoned and disappeared every year.

What's brewing?
The crying Boehner gave them T-baggers a bit o' fetchin' up.
Rep. Trey Radel was among the guests... although he may be serving in another federal capacity.
Many Republicans are facing more than arrested development!
Oh well, on with the business of the congress with respect to the nation - gridlock.

Putting the "Duh!" back in Idaho
A 2-year-old male communist shot and killed his 29 year old mother after he reached into her purse and got hold of her concealed gun at a Hayden (northern Idaho) Wal-Mart.
Hayden is a politically conservative town just north of Coeur d'Alene.
The store will be closed for the evening [IMO to mourn the loss of a customer], but reopen for business as usual at 6am Wednesday, according to the store management.
Guns don't kill people. People kill people.
The politically conservative definition of life "starts at conception and ends at birth."
Just what is a politically conservative?
Hint:
It will be one COLD DAY in Hayden before even a few of them pan-handlers begin to wake up from the FAUX slumber!
Tomorrow may be a new dawn - for some.
Wait, and see.
Yes, Virginia, the above was oozing with sarchasm!"

A birch tree...
A Birch Forest is useful...
There is a definite reason to buy a Birch Wood Toilet Seat.
The reason for such a purchase is simple. If one wishes to join the Birch John Society, then such a seat may be necessary.
We know what the right needs in terms or ornamentation.
A reliable water closet. It is a suitable destination for their excess of crap.
Thus, worthy of honorable mention, is the restoration.
The right is full of it because the right is full of themselves and, constitutionally, they ARE ...
